The Benton Corvallis Enterprise Zone provides property tax abatement for 3-5 years following a business incentive program from the state of Oregon. The property covered by the zone includes land from Wake Robin road , south down Highway 99 to the Corvallis Airport Industrial Park. This includes a 42 acre piece that is in the "Shovel Ready" program which is part of the Corvallis Airport Industrial Park.

There are many properties in the Corvallis area identified on the Oregon Prospector Site, some of which are in the current Enterprise Zone boundary.
